“ Im from Texas and Im pretty picky about menudo but I decided to take a chance and order some off their menu and I was not disappointed. In fact, I was loving every bite! It was so delicious and it has a nice spicy kick. I also learned that when you order their menudo, its only meat tripe, which is the STOMACH of the cow. NOT intestine. There was no pozole with the meat. In Texas, we make it with both. They do have pozole on their menu so I wish I had gotten an order of each menudo and pozole so I could mix them together. Next time I visit Ill be sure to do that. ”
